| Dover Signs Agreement to Sell Triton to Nautilis Hyosung NEW YORK, NY — July 30, 2008 - NEW YORK, NY — Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) announced today that its Engineered Systems segment has signed an agreement to sell Triton Systems of Delaware, Inc., a global provider of ATMs, to Nautilus Hyosung Inc., a subsidiary of Hyosung Corporation, a diversified $7 billion revenue company based in Seoul, Korea. Nautilus Hyosung is a global manufacturer of complete ATM solutions, including hardware,
software and services to the financial services and off-premise markets.
