Over the years Triton has trained thousands of technicians. Our instructors are certified with extensive field and training experience, offering a thorough education in an enhanced, hands-on learning environment offering classes at Triton's facility in Memphis or at your location.

Standard Class Schedule

All classes adhere to the following daily schedule. Please do not arrive before 8:00 a.m. for class NOTE: Classes are daily Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Failure to stay for the full length of the course will result in non-certification. Please make travel plans accordingly with class schedule times.


Prerequisites

Multi-Cassette/NMD
Technicians attending our multi-cassette training classes must have attended Model 9600, 9700 or RL5000 single cassette Service Training.

Model FT5000
Technicians attending the RL/FT/RT service class must attend the following 2-day NMD classes unless previously certified on the multi-cassette NMD. Companies that are not supporting the FT5000 ATM are not required to attend NMD training; however, if you are a TASC member, you are required to be certified on the NMD Multi-Cassette.

Model RL5000
If you are certified on the Model 9800 you are not required to attend the RL5000/FT5000/RT2000 class in order to maintain the product.

Model 5000XP Series
Technicians attending the 5000xp series service class must attend the following 2-day NMD classes unless previously certified on the multi-cassette NMD.

Model FT7000 Series
These classes do not apply to any distributors who choose to utilize an authorized Triton 3d Party Service Provider. A list of these companies is available from our Technical Services Department or from your sales representative.

TASC (Triton Authorized Service Provider) Member Training Requirements


All technicians within TASC member organizations that will be making warranty calls are required to be trained and certified on all Triton’s current products. At this time the current products are: 9700, 9100, RL5000, RT2000, and the NMD Multi-Cassette.

Costs for Technical Training Classes

The following lists the cost and duration of each class:

FT7000 XP - Installation/Service Training* $1750.00 per person 3 Day Class

How to Register and Payment for Classes

*Payment for these sessions must be received in advance. You must make reservations with our Technical Training Department (by calling in the U.S./Canada at 1-800-259-6672 and choosing option 2 or outside North America, 1-901-248-6045 ext. 6162 or by e-mail to Training@triton.com.) for the session(s) that you wish to attend. All completed registration forms and payment for the sessions is required to be received by Triton no less than three weeks prior to the training date. We cannot reserve a space for you in a class until we have received payment in full. Any cancellations made within three weeks of the start of the class will result in a late cancellation penalty of 50% of the prepaid course fee if no other training arrangements are made. Any cancellations made within three weeks or less prior to the start of class may have the registration payment applied to the next available training course without penalty.

Unregistered individuals will not be allowed to register the day of the training session or attend the sessions. Please do not create a negative and expensive situation for yourself by sending an unregistered person to the sessions. We will not allow unregistered persons to attend the training sessions -- no exceptions.

Limited Class Space

Spaces for each session will be limited, and the sessions will be filled on first come, first serve basis. All Installation & Service Training Classes will be limited in size to eight people. Each training class also has a minimum number of attendees required to hold the class. If the minimum is not met, we will call or email you no less than three weeks prior to the scheduled training class to reschedule your training. All training sessions will be held in our facilities in Memphis, Tennessee, unless otherwise notified. Confirmation/Cancellation Notice

A confirmation (by email) stating training will be held as scheduled will be sent to you once class minimum attendance levels have been met or no less than three weeks prior to the training class. If class minimum attendance levels are not met, a cancellation (by email) will be sent out no less than three weeks prior advising that class has been rescheduled for the next available class dates. We recommend that flight arrangements are not made until you have been notified that classes are confirmed in order to avoid change fees with the airlines.
